“Our well-being company called Inspire Spirit, provides products and services that help people with the self-management of their well-being. We have just launched our first product – a vegan undated motivational diary. The diary and all its functions have been designed on the basis of the five most important well-being elements: self-development, spiritual development, time management, goal setting and community. We strongly believe that the Inspire Spirit Diary can help all its users to be the best version of themselves. Our aim is to help people to accomplish all their goals and find their true self.

What made you jump at the chance of coming on BSEEN?
“The thought of being an entrepreneur has always sounded very exciting to me. When I heard about the BSEEN Programme, I immediately realised that this is the chance to kick start my entrepreneurial journey!”
What do you think you have learned the most from your BSEEN journey?
“The most important thing I have taken from the BSEEN journey is that you are never alone. There are many amazing people out there ready to help you. Therefore, the community element has been the most crucial one for me so far. I have also built some life-time friendships and that is what it is all about, is it not? Last but not least, I have obviously gained some useful knowledge in the fields of marketing, finance, branding, etc.”
What has been your business stand out moment since being on BSEEN?
“We started trading very recently. Therefore, launching the website and going live has been a very satisfying and exciting moment for me. Moreover, I should not forget to highlight another stand out moment when I pitched my business in front of a few successful corporations.”
Any advice for entrepreneurial students or graduates thinking about starting their own business?
“Absolutely! Although I have launched a well-being business and always considered myself to be an expert in this area, I don’t feel embarrassed to admit that I have realised only a few months ago what well-being truly means. I have always been committed to giving a hundred percent to any project that I was doing and rarely took time off, had a rest or just simply did nothing. This ‘too much detail-oriented’ behaviour has had some self-distructive impact on me and has led me to some serious mental health problem. I have been currently healing myself from depersonalisation disorder, panic disorder and depression. Therefore, my advise would be to really pay attention to your well-being, have a good sleep pattern, rest as much as you can and do not be afraid to ask for help. Most importantly, do not take mental health as just a phrase as I had done in the past.
Also, I would advise every entrepreneur to try the Wim Hof Method. This method can have an absolutely amazing impact on your well-being so check it out! Last but not least, I believe that the Inspire Spirit Diary can help you to increase the levels of your well-being and plan your time more effectively too.

What are your next steps for your business?
“In the next few months, we aim to expand our brand awareness and introduce our product to corporate businesses and to retail stores as well. By the end of the year, we want to introduce some new products and start organising workshops focusing on various elements of well-being.”
