On Thursday 21st November Boco, a new makeup company designed for dark skinned black women held a fabulous launch event at Aston University. The event was filled with products, nail art, free samples, poetry and many refreshments and the official launch of the Boco website. It was a successful event with around 35 attendees.

Boco was started by Ajoa Dwomoh-Bonsu earlier this year. Boco is an online cosmetics retailer aimed at darker skinned black women. Boco aims to allow women to embrace their beauty and feel confident from within, thus enhancing their physical beauty.
