Warrick Harniess is the founder of Scandinavia Stories Ltd, a learning and development consultancy that specialises in marketing-communications and business start-up support.

He learned his craft during a ten-year career at Pearson Education, and as a lifelong musician inspired by punk rock and the do-it-yourself ethos.

Warrick’s book, Red, White and Radical: What Organisations Can Learn About Change from the Rise of American Conservatism will be published by Routledge in 2020.

Stephen Harris

Stephen Harris has supported over 500 start-ups since 1999.

A Chartered Quality Professional and Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Stephen has a wide range of experience in business issues. He has a successful track record in designing, developing and facilitating training courses across business related fields having delivered measurable improvements to profitability and cost reduction in a wide range of organisations from SME’s to large Blue Chip organisations, with a keen understanding of the Key Financial and Quality Performance Indicators.

Stephen’s academic qualifications include a BSc in Organisational Management and Finance with Post Graduate Qualifications in Quality Management. He is a Chartered member of The Institute of Quality Assurance, the British Psychological Society and holds further qualifications in training and development.

As Director of Quesst Ltd between 2000 and 2012 Stephen has worked with organisations such as Rolls Royce, The Open University, Smith & Nephew, City and Guilds, Jaguar, Land Rover, the Co-operative Group and Warwick University.
Quesst Ltd was sold in January 2013 and currently Stephen now works with organisations such Innovation Birmingham as Entrepreneur in Residence supporting new businesses.

Bernard Clarke

Co-Founder & Director, Know and Do Ltd

Bernard Clarke is experienced at establishing and leading business. In a career that has included senior roles in the private sector, academia and charities he has amassed a wealth of knowledge to share. His qualifications include an MSc in Business Management and he is a member of the Institute of Directors.

In 2010 he co-founded a consultancy (Know and Do Limited) specialising in inspiring and enabling business leaders to succeed. Clients come from a wide range of sectors and industries, many lead companies that provide B2B services, and he particularly values giving time to social entrepreneurs. He has supported numerous new business leaders through training, mentoring and coaching across the UK.

He considers helping start-up business owners a privilege. Bernard presents his training with a focus on practical action and clarity of thought, to best help new business leaders prioritise their time and energy. He is the BSEEN trainer for the Business Planning workshop.

Stuart Harrison

Marketing Trainer & Founder of Remedy Roots

Stuart Harrison is a digital marketing consultant and co-founder of Remedy Roots, an award-winning herbal wellness tea business. He’s passionate about bringing new business ideas to life by getting to the heart of what customers want.

After graduating from Aston University, he began his career in an agency working as a marketing planner for global business-to-business technology companies. Stuart offers help to start-ups through training and workshops on building a brand and navigating the digital marketing landscape as an entrepreneur.

Victoria Masso

Victoria Masso is an Engineer with a Masters in international Business and training in human behaviour. She is also delivers the ITU’s (International Telecommunication Union) tools for digital ecosystem building. The current global economy and technological advancements translates in the adaptation of new behaviors for organizations, teams and consumers. Victoria’s created Behaviour Hackers to fill that gap and build bridges between technological advancements and human interactions, to optimize their resources and boost human talent. Victoria’s background in engineering makes her approach unique. She uses behavioral science and turns it into practical executive trainings for organizations around the globe, providing organizations with the tools to create more impact using fewer resources.

Always motivated by a commitment to the digital technology sector being accessible and rewarding to all, she participates in several initiatives such as being a Women in Tech Ambassador for Silicon canal, a Member of TEDxAstonUniversity advisory board and Enactus Aston Business Advisory board. She has been invited to participate in several events such as InnoEnergy’s Power up pitch competition, Silicon Canal Awards, YILF forum Busan, Tech Future female leaders, among others.
