Top Recommendation: The book “The Real Coke, The Real Story” for an insightful exploration into brand management and strategic decision-making in the business world!

As the Enterprise Manager at Birmingham City University, Jennine has been actively involved in empowering students, graduates, and colleagues alike with comprehensive business support. Her journey at BCU began in 2019, where she played a pivotal role in supporting the establishment of a business incubation space, culminating in the successful launch of this initiative at STEAMhouse in April 2022.

Before joining BCU, she dedicated 18 years to Work-Based Learning/Apprenticeships, gaining invaluable experience in the financial services and music industries. Her commitment to professional growth led her to become a member of IKE (Institute of Knowledge Exchange) and attain a Certificate of Professionalism in Innovation Practice. Additionally, she completed the IPO Masterclass, further enhancing her expertise in fostering innovation.

Outside the realm of business, Jennine has devoted 15 years to volunteering with Girlguiding UK, where she had the pleasure of leading Rainbows (ages 5-7) and Guides (ages 10-14) units. Through weekly meetings, events, and trips both in the UK and abroad, she has honed invaluable leadership skills that resonate with the dynamic nature of running a business.

In her downtime, Jennine finds solace in gardening, immersing herself in a good book, and enjoying the thrill of football (not necessarily in that order)!
